A small-time thief (Wang Yue) uses his kung fu skills to best local thugs and reap a nice little reward in the process. But his livelihood and life are threatened when a master criminal rolls into town with deadly skills. Now, this small-timer is in big-time trouble as he squares off against his toughest opponent yet.
