No need to watch The West Wing for an insight into a US President's life - this show hangs out with Barack Obama in the Oval Office. What is real life like in the White House? Until now, the only way to safely peer into The White House and skirt around those stern secret service chaps with sunglasses and earpieces welded to their heads was to watch The West Wing. Which is fine, if you're content with the fictional accounts of a President ? however, it's a bit redundant once you've seen this compelling film that shadows Barack Obama.
