The super-charged Japanese film series Freeway Speedway returns with this third rubber-burning entry. A mysterious driver has emerged on the scene as one of the best street-racers around. After the unknown racer causes another driver to violently crash, Kyosuke is compelled to come out of retirement and return to the streets in order to challenge the newcomer. Filmed at Tokyo's Megalopolis Express Way, Freeway Speedway stars Kazuhiko Nishimura and Ikuo Fukada.
