Komyoji Nobuhiko is a genius and leader in robotics who is running the so-called ARK project. He is the father and creator for the embodied artificial intelligence Kikaider. However, he dies under mysterious circumstances and Kikaider turns on the project, which he believes has gone rogue and not serving its original intentions.
