Bernard�s dog-loving boss is coming for dinner, so he stops at the pet store and picks up Wally, the safety dog. On the way home, Wally buys a car seat for the child while the car is stopped at a light. As Wally tries to stop several accidents, he gets blamed for causing them instead.
