After assassinating his boss � who just so happens to be an important underworld crime figure � Carlos (Andres Garcia) turns to the one place he can think of to keep him safe: the CIA. But the top secret government organization inexplicably responds to the desperate man�s plea for protection by kidnapping Carlos�s family, holding them captive until he carries out their questionable demands.
