Chopped: Ted Allen challenges Jeremy Duclut, Peter Karapanagiotis, Barbara Esmonde and Jeffrey Baruch to create a three-course meal by using peas, peaches and eel for the Appetizer round; shrimp, oatmeal, butternut squash and umeboshi for the Entrée round; and parsnips, limoncello, soda crackers and sharp cheddar for the Dessert round.
