Chopped: Ted Allen challenges Guillaume Thivet, Melissa Rebholz, Joshua Stokes and Adam Sternberg to create a three-course meal by using Rainier cherries, walnuts, crème de menthe and canned salmon for the Appetizer round; lamb top round, golden raisins, Stilton and edamame for the Entrée round; and buttermilk, Braeburn apples, kiwis and amaranth grain for the Dessert round.
