Chopped: Ted Allen challenges Joe Raiola, Janine Gray, Sung Uni Lee and Bryce Shuman to create a three-course meal by using barramundi, apricot paste, poblanos and abbey style beer for the Appetizer round; bratwurst, scallops, plums and red quinoa for the Entrée round; and Israeli couscous, cherimoya, guanciale and Irish whiskey for the Dessert round.
