Chopped: Ted Allen challenges Rob Runn, Monica Byrne, Anna Maria Santorelli and James Gillespie to create a three-course meal by using saba, garlic chutes, Canadian bacon and trout for the Appetizer round; dehydrated okra, parsnips, espresso soda and deckle of beef for the Entrée round; and coquitos, turmeric, empanada wrappers and corn on the cob for the Dessert round.
