T.J. Hooker: After a fatal drunk driving crash, Hooker and Romano set out to track down the gang stealing liquor and selling it to local youths. Romano finds a personal concern in the case when he learns that the gifted son of a deceased Vietnam war buddy has fallen into the disreputable company of the gang. Meanwhile, Sheridan organizes a co-ed football game.
