Casualty: In the concluding part of the Christmas Casualty @ Holby City special, the roof of the tunnel, where everyone is trapped, collapses as toxic fumes fill the air. Donna and Woody fight the free a baby boy from a car but when they get out of the tunnel Woody is overcome by the fumes.
