The Nanny (US): Fran is having problems with what her role would be after the kids are grown up. Her friend Mona which is also a nanny in a very similar situation with a very similar story is retiring. Fran drawing the comparisons, seems to be troubled by the fact tha Mona does not seem to have anywhere to go but back to her mother and grandmother, and with little prospects or opportunities. So Fran goes to the retirement party for Mona and gets a little drunk and into troubles. Meanwhile, it is CC's birthday and Niles will give her a very "interesting" present.
