Minder : Arthur opens a video shop and gets Terry to run it, but there is a mix up over a tape that has been shot by a big time gangster (Jack Last) which compromises the local police, that has been inadvertently taken back the Arthur's shop in place of the real tape, the police , the gangsters are all after it before Arthur discovers what he has.
