Rosario + Vampire: The Newspaper Club tries to collect evidence of the Public Safety Commission's corruption but they responds by arresting Tsukune on suspicion of being a "human" and he is taken away with Moka, Kurumu and Mizore. They are all questioned intensively and Tsukune is forced to admit to being a human. His confession is revealed to the rest of the school. Moka is jailed and Tsukune is sentenced to public execution.
