Beauty and the Beast Season 1 Episode 19

Beauty and the Beast 1987: A Gypsy boy, Tony Ramos, cons Catherine and runs off with her purse. Later, she has another run-in with Tony, when he shows up at her doorstep, singing a sad story about how he is istrying to reverse unjust banishment of his family before a Gypsy court. She soon realizes his story is true and turns to Vincent for help.
