Beauty and the Beast 1987: Devin, who had been working with a carnival, returns to the tunnels with a guest, a man named Charles, who suffers from elephant man's syndrome who had been imprisoned by his brother as part of the carnival sideshow. Devin brings him below where he knows that he will be safe and Charles soon befriends Vincent but must face the reality that the tunnels may not be where he belongs.
