Thundercats: Vultureman invents a potion that turns him into the most powerful being on Third Earth. He becomes so powerful that he even challenges Mumm-Ra's power and wins. He becomes so powerful that if the Thundercats don't stop him, he *will* be the supreme ruler of Third Earth. Luckily, the mutants fight over the super power potion, and end up destroying the vile.
