Street Fighter II: V: Living off the coast in Mikunai Island, Japan, Ryu(Age 17) receives a letter with a plane ticket to U.S.A. from his old friend, Ken(Age 17). The Two take a Limo to Ken's Mansion. Ryu receives the Guest tour of the Mansion and the exact duplicate of the dojo they trained in as kids. The two head out to a local bar to celebrate. Ken sweet talks a girl to leave some army guys and spend time with him, which soon starts a street fight between the soldiers against Ken and Ryu. The two take no effort to bring the soldiers down as a Flat-Topped Man walks in to find his men on the ground...
