The Big O: Paradigm City undergoes a troubling series of blackouts, so the Paradigm Corporation hires Roger to negotiate with the irate power plant workers on the outskirts of the city. He gets a not-so-helpful assist from the alluring but not-quite trustworthy Casey Jenkins. Plus, the hydroelectric plant and its dam hold their own deep, dark secrets.
