The Fairly OddParents: The Big Scoop Chester and A.J decide to work on a newspaper and they try to solve why Timmy is popular and they find out why by seeing his permanent record.Pipe Down Timmy is building with blocks and he wants to be in complete silence to build it, but unfortunely everytime someone enters his room the tower gets knocked down and he gets mad for it and wishes that everybody in the world were in silence and a meteor arrives and he has to wish eveerything back to normal before it's too late.
