Some Mothers Do 'Ave 'Em : A scriptwriter has moved in across the road from the Spencer's. He has chosen to live here due to the area being known for its peace and quiet, which will allow him to work on his scripts without interruption. What he wasn't banking on was that he had to live across from Frank Spencer, who has never once been quiet, or peaceful, as the writer will find out when Frank comes over to use his phone to call the doctor as his mother-in-law is ill.
