The Great British Menu: Three of the central region's top chefs - returning champion Aktar Islam, Daniel Clifford's protï¿½gï¿½ Mark Poynton and ambitious newcomer Jason Hodnett - go into battle. They begin with their starter courses which they must cook for this week's surprise veteran judge. Former champion Aktar is hoping that his third attempt in the competition will see him back at the banquet, having failed on his second try, but with Mark's Michelin star to contend with and Jason drawing on his family's military connections, who will emerge victorious?
