Passions: Ethan is confused when Alistair tells him that Gwen, Fox, Katherine and the baby are out of the picture, and Alistair continues plotting his vengeance as he encourages Ethan to be with Theresa. Sheridan finds Alistair with Marty and demands he return her son. Alistair returns him but advises Sheridan that if Luis doesn't back off, Marty could be the one to suffer. At the compound, Gwen and Katherine are both shocked to find that Fox has no desire to return to his son, and Gwen comments that he is more selfish than Theresa has ever been. Whitney signs away not only her rights to the baby, but Fox' as well.
