Gatchaman Crowds: As Rui grows accustomed to the other Gatchamen, admiring her willingness to smile in dire times, Katze gives the Crowds program to all the people Rui declined to give it to to form the Neo Hundred, having them attack several government buildings. Before going into action, the Gatchamen set up a 'Gatchannel', where Rui publicly apologises over the usage of Crowds, urging those that have it to not use it.
