The Bill: PCs Valentine and Hardy attend the scene of a burglary. The intruder is injured at the scene, and TDC Walker and DC Perkins set out to track down the householder who shot him. Sgt Smith and PC Hollis arrest the driver of a suspect vehicle, but Kristen Shaw asks DC Nadir to retrieve the car for her. Valentine and Hardy pursue a man who has been stalking a local transsexual.
