The Bill: A group of children are harassing a shopkeeper but the real complaint is against a saxophone player. P.C. Brind deals with a lady who has a court order about the destruction of a rottweiler that belongs to her husband. She goes into labour and realises that she left a child at home which she fled when the dog tried protecting another child.
