The Bill: Lines and Carver catch some lads changing number plates on a car. An ex-special who gave the tip off caused one of the villains to break his nose. It turns out he has been collecting his dead wife's social. He gives them some more info about a possible burglary but it turns out to be a man visiting his married girlfriend.
