Hestons Great British Food: Heston takes a look at the history of the British pudding starting in the the early 1600s, when the way to make a pudding was by stuffing the ingredients into an animal's intestine. He attempts to make a rice pudding recipe which looks like a sausage and creates a pudding that looks like a hot dog that includes a white chocolate mousse bun, pastry fried onions, sweet soy sauce and saffron mustard. He then creates an 17th century pudding featuring a cow's udder and attempts to create a giant sponge pudding from Victorian times.
