Jamies Great Britain: Jamie is in Yorkshire where he finds out how the Industrial Revolution changed everything from the people on our streets to the food we ate. After he travels to Leeds, home to the third-largest Jewish community in Britain, Jamie samples chicken soup and smoked fish and meets a group of young brewers who are creating pub meals with their beers. He also meets with Iranian chef Morteza Keshtkar-Bazheri as he samples Persian delicacies.
