It's bread day and Britain's most talented junior bakers have a lot to prove with two tough challenges set by judges Ravneet Gill and Liam Charles. The bakers get twisted in the Technical Challenge, mastering tricky shaping techniques to create an intricate design. In the Showstopper, the bakers are asked to demonstrate their 3-D shaping skills in bread form by creating sculptural sweet bread mythical creatures. Their bakes will be scrutinised, poked and prodded - but only one can claim star baker.
