Michel Roux's Service: The trainees are taken by Michel to run the busy breakfast service at one of London's greasy spoon cafes. They are then taken to a Birmingham curry house, where owner Raj Rana follows the old Indian mantra that the guest is god. Having to serve more than 60 of the restaurants regulars, the trainees attempt to provide the standard of service the customers have become used to. Some of the trainees are soon struggling to fully commit themselves.
