Eat St: In Denver Colorado, The Inventing Room is the coolest cart in town, featuring deserts that are 'cooked' with liquid nitrogen. Next, we heat things up with The Burnt Truck in Irvine, California where small is beautiful as they serve up bite size sliders with comforting toppings like PB 'n' J and Buttermilk Fried Chicken. After that we roll into Baton Rouge, Louisiana for some alligator tacos at the Taco De Paco truck, Mexican flavour with real bite. Final stop in this episode is deliciously devilish as we drive to Austin, Texas to taste hot dogs that are b.b.b.bad to the bun at The Evil Weiner truck.
