Set within top central London hotel The Langham, the competition is judged the venue's head chef Michel Roux Jr, alongside pastry supremo and hospitality consultant Ravneet Gill and leading global restaurateur Mike Reid. The contenders are tasked to take on a range of epic challenges designed to test the skills they need to survive in the elite world of five-star dining.
