California newlyweds are anxious to start a family of their own and are searching the San Fernando Valley for the perfect fixer-upper. They're looking for a home with an open-concept living space and kitchen to hold their extended families, but they differ when it comes to their personal wish lists. After their friend and real estate agent helps them pick out a place, renovation reality quickly hits their wallet and they become overwhelmed by decisions.
